I’ve just finished this fantastic book by Jennifer Egan.  Couldn’t recommend it highly enough!  Interwoven tales of American life over several generations; tragedy and triumph are told through a muddle of 1st & 3rd person, PowerPoint slides and journalistic clippings.  It’s humbling to recognise how closely our lives pass each other and to remember those relationships forgotten and those relationships yet to come.

I’m away to read her other book “Look at Me”.  I’ll report back!
